Keep the trailer you bought — rinse, pressure, load, and bunks. These habits matter more than slogans after Gulf or lake days.
After every salt or muddy launch
- Rinse frame, hubs, lights, and bunks with fresh water.
- Clear packed mud from fenders and axle area.
- Check that lights still work before the drive home.

Tires — 44 psi cold
Current personal 14ft batch tires: 165/70R13 79S, recommended cold pressure 44 psi. Confirm sidewall and unit paperwork at pickup. For long highway trips or frequent ramp use, upgrade to ST or same-size commercial tires and replace in pairs.

Bunks & fit
- Hull should sit evenly on bunks — not hanging on rollers alone if bunks are your support path.
- Recheck bunk carpet and bolts after the first few launches.
- If something shifted after transport, call before forcing the hull.
