Effective July 12, 2026

Website inquiry and reservation terms for the current 14ft marine trailer presale.

These terms explain what the website form does, when a $199 deposit may be accepted, and what buyers should confirm in writing before payment.

1. A website form is an inquiry, not a completed order

Submitting a form does not charge a card, collect a deposit, guarantee inventory, confirm trailer fit, or create a final sales contract. WSAR Outdoor first reviews the buyer and boat information.

2. Fit must be confirmed

“14ft” describes the marketed trailer category; it is not an automatic fit approval for every 14ft boat. The buyer must provide enough information to review loaded weight, dimensions, hull geometry, support needs, intended use, and any relevant brake or axle requirements.

3. Current presale price and deposit

  • The current advertised presale price is $1,299 for the applicable confirmed configuration.
  • After fit and written terms are confirmed, a $199 reservation deposit may be accepted.
  • The $199 deposit is applied toward the confirmed trailer purchase price.
  • Options, delivery, taxes, fees, or a configuration different from the advertised unit may change the final amount and must appear in the written confirmation.

4. Estimated delivery and release

The current estimated batch delivery date is September 30, 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Production, transportation, inspection, document readiness, weather, supplier, or other operational conditions can affect timing. WSAR Outdoor will provide updated information by email, text, or phone.

5. Pickup and delivery

Pickup in Katy, Texas is coordinated by appointment after the trailer and release documents are ready. Delivery or freight is not automatically included and must be discussed and confirmed separately in writing.

6. Transfer and refund requests

  • A buyer who cannot proceed may request that the reservation slot be transferred to a friend or family member. The transfer must be requested before pickup and confirmed by WSAR Outdoor in writing.
  • If the trailer is not picked up within three months after the readiness notice, the buyer may request a refund, subject to the actual payment record, written communications, unit status, and any signed order documents.
  • Any signed order, invoice, financing document, custom-work approval, or product-specific written term controls if it conflicts with this general website page.

7. Documents and registration

Before payment, the buyer should confirm the invoice path, VIN identification, and manufacturer ownership documents applicable to the specific unit. Registration and title requirements can vary. Buyers should confirm current requirements with the appropriate government office.
